KICKERS, THE WINNERS OF CANDEM TOWN LEAGUE.

After the amazing campaign in Manchester, Kickers have impressed by lifting a 2nd
trophy. The interesting fact is that the final of the London league was with our
rivals....London Brazil.
Manager Rogerio de Oliveira chose the 12 players he thought had the passion to win,
they were Fabrizio, Caio, Baiano, Alex, Banana, Ben, Courtney, Agon, Jonas, Marcelo,
Thiago and Galego, these players were responsible for the 2nd title of the season.
The game was difficult and Kickers had to show all their skills and strength to win
the game.Banana who has scored 5 goals in 3 games opened the scoring but it was
London Brazil who had the lead at half time, the score 2-1,leaving Rogerio with a
headache!!
With 5 minutes to go, the outstanding Galego equalised meaning to decide the winning
team...........penalties!
Fabrizio saved the 3rd penalty meaning Kickers had to score the remaining penalties
to win the title and they didn't disappoint.
