What did you see there?
Rogerio de Oliveira
I’ve seen how a professional team is training and learn some new ideas about tactics and player development. Also we set a partnership with the club to send players or coaches who are interested to stay there for a while to learn with them.
They have a good structure offered by the council and two of the best coaches in the world. You can refuse the offer.

Tell us about the development program they are using?
Rogerio de Oliveira
Zego is doing a fantastic job with a women team. Zego is the best coach in the world to develop a player. He has his own method and is unbelievable what he can do to help a player. Also he is the pioneer again to use the 4x0 system with girls. They are playing the National league and even with some good proposals of richer clubs the girls decided to stay with Zego. This is the thing we don’t see any more in Futsal.

How much did you learn?
Rogerio de Oliveira
In just three days there, I’ve learnt the new ideas of futsal and how some of the best coaches in the world prepare their players. The only issue we have to do this here is the time. There, they train twice a day, 5 days a week.
I want to take them here to deliver a futsal course. I believe everyone would benefit with these two futsal legends.
